The concept

The guiding idea

Coherent private gardens at the scale of a development: a shared palette of six species, adapted villa by villa.

For the developer, a single palette: olive, Mediterranean fan palm, lavender, rosemary, bougainvillea and pittosporum. Each 120–200 m² garden receives one feature specimen and a shared boundary hedge, simplifying collective maintenance and guaranteeing visual unity at handover.

The photographs illustrate the type of scheme described; they are not pictures of the site itself.
