Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver to Morocco's main cities: Casablanca and its region, Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier, Fez, Meknes and several others. Fees and estimated lead times are shown at checkout based on your city and the size of the plants. If your city is not listed, contact us.

How much does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

The fee depends on the city and the size class of the plants: standard, large or oversized. Standard delivery is free above an order amount shown in the cart. Very large specimens (palms, mature olive trees) are quoted for special delivery.

What are the delivery lead times?

Accepted Answer

As a guide: 1–2 business days in Casablanca, 1–3 days on the Rabat axis, 2–4 days in Marrakech and 3–6 days for other cities. These are estimates; we confirm a slot by phone or WhatsApp before delivery.

How is a large palm or olive tree delivered?

Oversized specimens are delivered by a specialised carrier, sometimes with lifting equipment, depending on access to your property. We assess each case and send you a quote before anything is committed.

Will the delivered plant be exactly the height shown?

Accepted Answer

Each size corresponds to a height range measured including the pot, shown on the product page. Plants are living things: two specimens of the same size are never identical, and that is part of their charm.

Are your plants safe for pets?

Accepted Answer

Not all of them. Every product page states the known toxicity level (safe, mildly toxic, toxic or unknown). If you have a curious pet, favour plants marked 'safe' or keep the plant out of reach.

How do I know if a plant suits my city?

Accepted Answer

Each product page shows a suitability indicator per city (Marrakech, Casablanca, Agadir, Tangier, Fez…) based on heat, humidity and exposure. The plant finder also guides you by city and space. For a specific project, our advisers answer on WhatsApp.

What does the 'premium setup' include?

Accepted Answer

Repotting in the pot of your choice with a drainage layer, species-appropriate soil, a starter nutrient dose and a personalised care guide. The plant arrives ready to place. The nursery bag option is delivered as is, in its growing container.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery, bank card and bank transfer. Available options are shown at the payment step depending on your city and order amount.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Check the plant on receipt and report any damage with photos within 48 hours by WhatsApp or email. Depending on the case we offer a replacement, a goodwill gesture or a refund. A leaf bent in transit does not usually compromise the plant; we then advise you on recovery.

Can I return a plant if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

Plants are living, perishable goods: returns for a simple change of mind are considered case by case, depending on size, condition and destination. Unused pots and accessories can be returned in their original packaging; contact us to arrange it.

How do I open a professional account?

Accepted Answer

Fill in the application form in the Pro area with your company, your trade (landscaper, architect, hotel, developer…) and your city. Once approved, you get access to tax-excluded prices, volume discounts and grouped quote requests.

From what quantity should I request a quote?

Accepted Answer

Beyond around fifty specimens, or as soon as a project involves very large plants, coordinated site delivery or phased scheduling, a quote is the right route. It lets us check real nursery availability and optimise transport.

How often should I water in the Moroccan summer?

Accepted Answer

There is no single rule: it depends on the species, the pot, the exposure and your city. As a general principle, water early in the morning, deeply and less often rather than a little every day, and check the soil a few centimetres down before each watering. Each plant page details its needs.
