Our standard

Quality commitment

We do not promise that a plant will never falter. We describe what we do, upstream, so that it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Section 01

Selection

Every variety is chosen for how it actually holds up in the Moroccan climate: heat resistance, tolerance to coastal wind, reasonable water needs. We leave out specimens that demand conditions few spaces can offer.

Specimens are picked one by one at our partner growers. Origins and partners: [to specify].

Section 02

Acclimation

A plant moved from a humid greenhouse to a Marrakech terrace suffers. We keep a gradual acclimation period — light, watering, ventilation — so the specimen arrives already adjusted to its future environment.

Acclimation period observed by species: [duration to confirm].

Section 03

Check before shipping

Before every departure the specimen is checked: state of the foliage, health of the root system, no visible pests, stability of the root ball. A specimen that fails this check is not shipped — we would rather postpone a delivery than send a fragile plant.

Section 04

Preparation and transport

The substrate is adjusted, the foliage protected, the pot wedged. Large specimens travel lying down or strapped depending on their habit, in suitable vehicles, with a team trained in handling plants.

Section 05

Support after delivery

Every plant leaves with its care landmarks: light, watering, repotting. Our guides detail, species by species, what the plant expects from you in the first weeks.

If something worries you — a yellowing leaf, a drooping habit — write to us: a quick diagnosis often prevents a loss.

Section 06

What we do not promise

In fairness, here is what our approach does not cover:

  • We do not guarantee that a plant placed in unsuitable conditions will take.
  • We do not promise measured growth: it depends on exposure, substrate, watering and climate.
  • We claim no certification that we do not hold.

Section 07

Formal guarantee

A contractual guarantee on plant establishment — duration, scope, conditions — is being defined: [guarantee and duration to confirm].

In the meantime, post-delivery requests are handled through the procedure described on the Returns & claims page, and the legal rights applicable to distance selling remain fully in force.
