Delivery
A plant travels badly when it travels fast. We arrange every delivery around the size class of the specimen and the destination city.
Three size classes
The size class shapes the transport
Every plant in the catalogue belongs to a delivery size class. Together with your city, it determines the fee and estimated lead time shown in the cart.
Standard
Small and medium plants, pots and accessories. Light vehicle, handed over in person.
Large
Specimens of a metre and above, bulky pots. Suitable vehicle and two people for handling.
Oversized
Palms, mature olive trees, very large specimens. Special delivery arranged with you, on quote.

Estimated fees and lead times
Choose your city to see the fee per size class and the estimated lead time. These are indicative: the final amount is shown in the cart, based on your order.

Estimated lead times, excluding peak periods and exceptional weather. A slot is confirmed with you before every delivery.

How it goes
From the nursery to your space
Preparation
The plant is checked, its substrate inspected and the foliage protected for transport.
Getting in touch
We agree a slot with you by phone or WhatsApp before departure.
Handover
The plant is handed over in person. For large specimens, placement is worked out with you.
Good to know
- The fee applies to the highest size class in your order.
- Free standard delivery applies to the standard class only.
- Oversized specimens are quoted for special delivery, with handling.
- A difficult address (upper floor without a lift, narrow alley) should be flagged at checkout.
